Our next 2-day Men’s Meditation Workshop is on May 24th-25th 2025.

The structured two-day program includes meditation-focused masterclasses and group-work, guided mindfulness and meditation exercises, as well as an opportunity to connect with like-minded men. An optional bath-house session will also be available as part of the weekend (e.g. Sauna, Ice-Bath, Mineral Salt-Bath).

Participants will: 

  • Rest, rejuvenate, and feel inspired through our structured retreat program.

  • Have an opportunity to learn and be initiated into a diverse range of mindfulness and meditation practices

  • Learn how to build and sustain a life-long and life-transforming meditation practice

  • Learn how to overcome procrastination, lack of motivation, and common errors in practising mindfulness and meditation

  • Network and connect with a group of like-minded men

  • Be invited to join an ongoing monthly local in-person meditation group facilitated in the local area

Workshop Date:     Saturday May 24th (9am to 5pm) to Sunday May 25th (11am to 6pm)

Location: Mevlana Hall, Mullumbimby, NSW, Australia (Osho Mevlana Foundation is hosting this event)

Facilitators: Gerry Bronn, Mike Vaccaro, and Ross Adams

Gerry Bronn is a clinical and coaching psychologist who has extensive experience in the personal development and transformational space. He supports men to heal, transform, and awaken through his work in individual sessions, men's circles, workshops, and men's retreats.

Mike is a men’s coach, relationship therapist, and mindfulness facilitator. Combining clinical expertise with mindfulness-based approaches, he supports individuals in finding peace, purpose, and fulfilment through personalised coaching, therapy sessions, and transformative men’s circles.

Ross Adams has been teaching yoga and mindfulness for over a decade, and hosting retreats at Byron Yoga Centre for 8 years. More recently he has helped to create and lead mens yoga and meditation retreats.
